The Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) is a day long program for
middle and high school students and adults that provides a collection
of tools for being an effective leader or member of a youth
organization.
The full day event includes high-energy, interactive and engaging
keynote presentations and workshops from locally and nationally
recognized speakers, team building sessions, opportunities for
networking with other youth and adult leaders and an interactive
exhibit hall including community organizations and businesses.
This year, GUIDE is pleased to partner with Community Ventures, Inc. to hold the 2010 Southwest Georgia Youth Leadership Conference on March 20 in Camilla.
This event is open to any middle or high school youth and adults who work with youth. The conference will be held at Mitchell County Middle School from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm. Cost is $5 per person for the first 200 registrants from Region 4, $15 per person thereafter and $25 per person for registrants from outside Region 4. Registration deadline is March 5 and space is limited!
