Pass It Forward Video Challenge

Pass It Forward Video Challenge is a special competition created by the National Council on Patient Information and Education (NCPIE) and supported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

The Pass It Forward Video Challenge asks young people, aged 18-25 to use what they know about social media to create 2-minute videos that can be used to "pass forward" information about the the availability of resources that promote substance abuse prevention and recovery.

The Pass It Forward Video Challenge website provides the tools you need to enter the competition. You’ll find links to the spotlighted websites, background information on prescription drug abuse prevention and competition rules, instructions and entry forms.

As we gear up for the 25th year of GTI in June 2013, our 30 youth and young adult staff members are on a mission to raise $25,000 to offset the costs associated for them to serve as staff members.

Every single dollar of donations in the GTI 2013 campaign support our staff at GTI 2013. April is declared Alcohol Awareness Month in Gwinnett.

Alcohol_Awareness_Month_Declaration APRIL IS ALCOHOL AWARENESS MONTH

Ari Russell, Mahuli Jakubek and Mary Kate Chapman represented GUIDE at the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners meeting to speak about the importance of Alcohol Awareness Month and underage drinking prevention.

Our Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners made the proclamation declaring April Alcohol Awareness Month in Gwinnett.
