Monthly Reports
Gwinnett and Metro-Atlanta Youth Action Teams participating in the Youth Leadership and Action Program are required to submit Monthly Reports during the school year (August-May). Monthly Reports include a Cover Page that summarizes the team's events for that month and an Event Description and Sign-In Sheet for every listed YAT event. YAT events include team meetings, projects, special events, and activities.
Deadline dates for 2007-2008 reports are as follows:
- August reports must be submitted by September 5
- September reports must be submitted by October 5
- October reports must be submitted by November 7
- November reports must be submitted by December 7
- December reports must be submitted by January 7
- January reports must be submitted by February 6
- February reports must be submitted by March 7
- March reports must be submitted by April 7
- April reports must be submitted by May 7
- May reports must be submitted by June 6
Monthly Reports can be submitted via email, U.S. mail, or Gwinnett County Public Schools courier. Faxed reports are no longer accepted.

Prevention Project Resource Guide
This guide is for use by all teams affiliated with GUIDE programs. This guide includes a table of contents by prevention issue, age group, estimated preparation time, and cost. All projects included in this guide may be conducted by Gwinnett Youth Action Teams to meet their peer-focused ATOD prevention project requirements. This resource will be available online soon.
Youth Leadership & Action E-Newsletter
The Youth Leadership & Action E-Newsletter contains information about a variety of opportunities for Adult Advisors and YAT members. The E-Newsletter will be issued every other week during the school year and contain time sensitive opportunities and information pertinent to teams in Gwinnett County, Metro-Atlanta, and statewide.
